02. Using this website

This website provides general information about our services for businesses. It is not a binding offer or advice tailored to your business. We may change the content or these terms. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free. Please use it lawfully and do not try to damage it, gain unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

03. The 25-visit guarantee

What counts

a homeowner with space for a tub, inside your delivery radius, with a budget at or above the minimum you set (so no inflatable enquiries), planning to buy within 12 months, who attends the showroom visit or wet test. No-shows are replaced, not counted.

Your side of the deal

keep visit and wet-test slots open, keep the ad budget running on your own Meta account, follow up booked visits within one working day, and mark each visit as attended or missed.

The guarantee

if we don't reach 25 attended showroom visits or wet tests in 90 days, we keep working, with no further fee, until we do. The 90 days start when the ads go live.

04. Intellectual property

The site's content belongs to South West Leads Ltd. You may view, download and print it for your own internal business use. You must not reproduce, sell or distribute it for another commercial purpose without our written permission.

05. Liability

We take reasonable care with this website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website information where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our client agreements govern liability for the services we supply.

07. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
