Who holds your data

South West Leads Ltd, trading as Jetstream Media, is the controller of the personal data described here. Company number 15080623. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Contact hello@jetstreammedia.co.uk about your data.

What we collect

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share. Call-request forms collect your name, company, email, phone, showroom postcode, products, whether you offer wet tests and your delivery radius. Area waitlists collect your name, email and showroom name. Calendar bookings collect the contact details and answers you enter in the booking service.

A form or calendar request may also include the area you checked, the result, the page you used and campaign labels in the page address (UTM parameters). Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

Area checks and postcodes.io

The area checker sends your postcode or district to postcodes.io to find its district and local authority. That service also receives the connection information needed to answer your request, including your IP address. We do not send your name or email with that lookup.

The result stays in the current page and is added to a call request or waitlist submission only if you choose to send one. We do not keep a separate database of area checks. If the lookup cannot be completed, the page uses our configured area list and tells you that the result needs confirmation.

Why we use the information

We use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange a call, assess whether the service suits your showroom and take steps you request towards an agreement. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, we rely on the contract lawful basis. For business representatives and waitlist requests, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering requested business enquiries and managing area availability, balanced against your privacy and expectations.

We use limited connection and security information for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website. We rely on consent for optional analytics and advertising tracking. We may retain information where needed to meet a legal obligation. We do not use call-request details to add you to an unrelated marketing list.

Who processes the information

Enquiries and bookings are stored in our CRM, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which acts as our data processor. The booking calendar on our website is provided by HighLevel. Our website hosting and delivery providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process technical connection information. Our email providers process messages you send us.

If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics measures website activity and Meta Pixel measures advertising responses. These providers receive browser and event information under their own terms. We do not put form contact details or full postcodes into our analytics events. The website fonts are hosted on this website; they are not requested from Google.

We do not sell your personal data. Service providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer requires safeguards, we use the applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information.

How long we keep it

We normally keep call enquiries and unsuccessful sales discussions for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise them unless there is a continuing need or legal reason to keep them. We review waitlist entries after 12 months and remove them if they are no longer needed; you can ask to leave at any time. If you become a client, the retention of contract and accounting records is covered by your agreement and applicable legal requirements.

Area checks are held only in the current page unless you submit them. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser for 180 days. If analytics is enabled, we use a 14-month analytics-data retention setting. Hosting and security logs are held according to the hosting providers’ applicable retention settings. You can ask us for the period relevant to a particular record.

Cookies and your choices

When optional tracking is configured, choose Accept or Reject in the cookie banner. The banner stays hidden while no tracking identifiers are configured. The buttons carry equal weight. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel scripts are not loaded before acceptance. If the tracking identifiers have not been configured, those scripts do not load even after acceptance.

Essential browser storage remembers your cookie choice. If enabled after acceptance, Google may use cookies such as _ga and Meta may use _fbp or _fbc. If optional tracking is enabled and accepted, we measure area-check results and successful form submissions. We do not send booking-confirmation tracking events from this calendar. Calendar and enquiry services may use storage needed to provide the service you request.

Use in this page or the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance stops the configured tracking and clears accessible tracking cookies. You can also remove cookies in your browser. Rejecting optional tracking does not stop you checking an area or contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer of information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through this website’s area checker.

Email hello@jetstreammedia.co.uk to exercise a right. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
